The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.

TapBreaker is an adware that may include new commercial materials in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. The ads by this extension may not be native to the visited pages. When this unreliable application sneaks into your PC, you may start seeing daily deals and offers each time you go online. TapBreaker is closely related to Tapbreaker.com, which is a platform for online games. According to the developers of this page, the number of hosted games exceeds 2000. They are allocated into a dozen categories like Action, Adventure, Arcade, Casino, Board, Dress up, etc. As long as you play these games through your Web client, you should be fine. Tapbreaker.com is not associated with fake updates or other harmful software. However, the games that have a desktop version may introduce TapBreaker in your system. If this suspicious add-on attaches to your browsers, it may modify various settings automatically. These changes don't try to optimize your surfing sessions. They work in favor of the developers of TapBreaker. The adware may substitute your homepage and default search provider with an untrustworthy search engine that may show manipulated results. You may encounter various sponsored links, some of which may not be marked in any way. Clicking on these ads is not encouraged for two main reasons. First, you may end up on shady sites that may be involved in harmful activities. Second, you may lose time visiting platforms irrelevant to your query. TapBreaker also may generate intrusive marketing materials like pop-ups, banners, embedded videos or hyperlinked words. They serve the same purpose as the sponsored links in the search platforms. Whenever TapBreaker transfers you to some third-party domain, its developers may receive referral commissions. It is unlikely for the ads to optimize your online shopping. They may cause significant annoyance with their presence on every site you open. The performance of the Web clients also may worsen. It is advisable to take measures to delete TapBreaker right away.
