TrojanProxy.Lager is a spyware Trojan that employs rootkit techniques in order to hide itself from task manager, regedit, and drive explorer list views. TrojanProxy.Lager attaches itself to explorer.exe and can be extremely difficult to remove. In addition to opening up a huge security hole on your PC, TrojanProxy.Lager also auto-updates itself from a central server, and also downloads and installs additional bundles of malware.
