TROJ_SWYSYN.SME is a Trojan that is involved in a spam email attack related to the death of Adam Yauch of the Beastie Boy. TROJ_SWYSYN.SME can also be distributed by other malware infections. TROJ_SWYSYN.SME connects to certain domains in order to inform an attacker of its installation or to drop possibly malevolent files onto the affected computer, which exposes the compromised PC to additional malware infections. TROJ_SWYSYN.SME erases the primarily executed copy of itself. TROJ_SWYSYN.SME adds the copies of itself into the infected computer system and executes them. TROJ_SWYSYN.SME adds the certain shortcut that points to its copy in the User Startup folder so that it can run automatically every time you start your computer. Get rid of TROJ_SWYSYN.SME as early as possible by using a reliable anti-malware application.
