TrustPolice.biz

TrustPolice.biz is an untrustworthy and possibly infected website, which may be used to disperse various ransomware to targeted PCs. TrustPolice.biz may be connected with malware infections such as browser hijackers and Trojans that may unwillingly reroute the Web browser to TrustPolice.biz or similar fraudulent 'Police' websites. Malware threats such as a 'Police' ransomware Trojan blocks a PC and Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome Web browsers, covers a screen of a PC with a bogus police notification allegedly coming from real security authorities and then presses the victimized computer user to pay a so-called fine to unlock the computer system and Web browser. The ransomware Trojan states that the computer user has been executing illegitimate online activities and blames him for supposed violation of certain laws. TrustPolice.biz may carry a malevolent JavaScript that does not enable the computer user to close the browser window or move to different website.
