The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

The authors of Weather Grind promote it as a weather widget that will show you accurate forecasts straight from your desktop. This application gets its information from dedicated third-party pages. Although Weather Grind may save you some time, it is not recommended to keep it. Weather Grind is ad-supported, or adware for short. Weather Grind is associated with various intrusive commercial materials, which you may encounter during your surfing sessions. In addition to the desktop weather widget, Weather Grind also may create an extension in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. The ads that Weather Grind injects may be pop-ups, banners, interstitial ads, video commercials, etc. Some of them may offer you discount coupons that you can redeem on partner shopping sites. However, some of the pop-ups may try to deceive you to install unreliable applications or call fake security experts. The add-on may have access to some information concerning your surfing habits. For example, Weather Grind may monitor the sites you visit. Thanks to this data, Weather Grind may make the ads relevant to you. Unfortunately, users may not benefit from them significantly. Most of the partner sites may be new and unknown. When their legitimacy is not confirmed, you should be extra careful with your purchases. Some users complain that Weather Grind may slow down their Web clients. This issue is understandable when you take in mind that the browser may have to load various multimedia elements, which may consume a lot of resources. This adware also may annoy you with some automatic modifications. Weather Grind may replace your homepage or search engine with unreliable alternatives. If you are not happy with the performance of this weather widget, you should use a credible security tool to delete it.
