Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

Weatherly is a browser extension by Polarity Technologies Ltd. The software is hosted on the website hxxp://myweathertab.com, and it is likely that MyWeatherTab might be an alternative name of the same program. Regardless of the name used, Weatherly is classified as a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) whose installation may lead to unwanted changes in your Web browser's behavior. According to the page, this software is meant to provide users with instant access to the current weather conditions and future forecasts for their local area. However, while this service is undoubtedly helpful, it is important to note that there are many free online services and websites that offer the same information without asking you to install a dubious browser add-on such as Weatherly.
The installation of Weatherly also requires users to change their new tab page to a website associated with Polarity Technologies Ltd. The page in question can be found at hxxp://search.myweathertab.com, and it hosts a simple search engine powered by Google. The search results provided there are reliable for now, but due to the nature of this page, there's no way to guarantee that the owners will not opt to change the search provider in the future. We advise our readers not to trust unreputable browser add-ons that ask them to modify their settings by adding a new default homepage or new tab page.
If you have Weatherly installed, you might want to take into consideration the issues listed above. Although the removal of this program is not mandatory, it would never be a bad idea to dispose of a Potentially Unwanted Program like Weatherly, especially when its limited features can be provided by hundreds of other services and websites.
