The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:

Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.

Weather Wizard is a tiny desktop widget that should provide accurate forecasts and reliable real-time data about the weather in different areas. Although Weather Wizard may seem handy initially, soon after the installation many PC users may prefer to remove it. The reason for the negative feedback doesn't concern the main functionality of this tool. The problem is that Weather Wizard is adware that may cause various changes in the Web clients. Immediately after the installation of this application, you may notice an extension in the add-on managers of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. In some cases, the presence of Weather Wizard may be a surprise to you. Its developers don't rely solely on direct downloads to spread it. Weather Wizard may arrive on your PC when you install some third-party freeware that has the adware included in its installer. If you are not a fan of such surprises, you should use the 'Advanced' menu and deselect unwanted bonus tools manually. Weather Wizard receives referral commissions for pointing you towards third-party affiliate platforms. The adware may use different approaches to accomplish this goal. Weather Wizard may manipulate you to use a low-quality search engine by setting it as your new homepage. Weather Wizard also may put links to its partners in the front positions even when you rely on legit platforms such as Google and Bing. As every ad-supported software, Weather Wizard may include large amounts of pop-ups, banners, interstitial ads, transitional ads and sponsored videos in the Web pages. The products they promote may be different for every user based on their surfing history. You should always look at the ads with a dose of suspicion because some of them may open unreliable or fraudulent platforms. The new commercial materials also may worsen the functionality of the browsers. In such case, you should delete the adware right away with a dedicated security solution.
