WhiteClick is a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) whose installation is meant to make it easier for the users to search the Web by providing them in a neat Web search feature that can be initialized from the Windows Taskbar. In addition to the search feature, the users also can click on the WhiteClick’s icon in the Taskbar to open up a menu, which contains a list of user-created bookmarks. It is likely that WhiteClick is a product of Ukrainian software developers since it uses Google Ukraine as its primary search engine.

If you are satisfied with the services provided by WhiteClick, then you should not feel obliged to remove it since it does not cause any annoying side effects. However, do not forget that this is a Potentially Unwanted Program from an unknown software publisher, and it is possible that its behavior might change in the near future.
