Win32.Adialer is a dangerous dialer that adds some files on other applications in an attempt to show a notification, which would ask an affected PC user to access premium zones on the Internet. Win32.Adialer can dial to remote websites without a PC user's consent by using the 'RasDial' API. Win32.Adialer might also dial adult websites, which in the end will bill you with premium rates. It is strongly advised to remove Win32.Adialer with a genuine security tool.
