Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

WorkApp is adware designed with the only goal of showing additional commercial materials in your web clients. The negative aspects of this questionable application may be various. First of all, the developer of this program is unknown, which is a clear indication that the extension is not legitimate. Second, the software has no official page. The large platforms for browser add-ons like the Chrome Web Store also don't host it. As opposed to the programs that rely on direct downloads, the creators of WorkApp may spread it as a bonus component of third-party freeware. This fact explains why some people cannot recall installing the adware. This questionable plugin may fill all of your browsers with pop-ups, banners, in-text ads and interstitial ads. However, it will be pretty surprising if these commercial materials manage to assist you with your online shopping. They most often may not lead to famous and established e-commerce platforms. These sites simply don't attract visitors with the help of questionable extensions. Instead, if you click on the ads by WorkApp, you may find yourself on unknown shopping pages. You cannot be sure whether they are safe or fraudulent, so you should purchase products at your peril. You should take in mind that some links may lead to unsafe domains as well, which is the reason the majority of experts don't recommend following the ads. The people behind WorkApp receive referral commissions based on the number of partner sites you have visited. For higher income, the ads may come in great amounts. Not only might the commercial materials become very annoying, but they may decrease the operating speed of the browsers substantially. WorkApp is not one of those plugins that you can disable easily. To delete it efficiently, you should scan your PC with suitable security software.
