Worm.Failnum is a Windows platform Worm that could seriously affect the smooth running of your computer. Worm.Failnum spreads by copying itself to removable drives. Once Worm.Failnum has entered a system it creates an autorun.inf file to ensure that it is executed every time Windows is booted. Worm.Failnum may also modify certain registry keys in order to block Windows security services from running. Worm.Failnum should be removed with an effective security tool as soon as it has been detected.
