X97M.Clonar is a virus that installs itself on your computer without your consent, either bundled with other Trojans, backdoors, and malicious programs, or via security exploits. Once executed, X97M.Clonar will embed itself into your Windows registry so that it can automatically launch after reboot. On opening the file infected with X97M.Clonar, it will disable the following menu options - Tools/Macro and Tools/Visual Basic Editor. This virus can spread as a macro, and will inject itself into other documents when an infected document is opened.
