FlashBeat is yet another Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) that claims to enhance your online experience. FlashBeat pretends to render graphics, text and other content in your web browsers, but these seemingly useful features are sands in your eyes. The real purpose behind applications such as FlashBeat is to generate user-orientated advertisements like coupons, offers, and discount pop-ups and thus gain on the back of users. FlashBeat may also install a browser extension or add-on that immediately starts collecting information about your browsing activities and later utilize the collected data for marketing purposes. FlashBeat is similar to other applications such as Clean Browser, Storm Alert, and MagnoPlayer.
