Inetoboz.com is a Russian news site that hosts many articles allocated in 12 different categories. By itself, the page is not threatening and will not attempt to deploy threats in your system. The problem is that its administrators may resort to a highly questionable method to promote it. They have created a browser hijacker that may take control of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. You may install this harmful extension together with some third-party freeware. The specialists refer to this suspicious delivery method as 'bundling'. To oppose it, you should invest a few more minutes than usual and run the setup wizard via its 'Advanced' option. This way, you will be able to opt-out of installing suspicious extensions. The browser hijacker associated with inetoboz.com may set it as your new homepage. You may fail if you try to set a site of your choice as the starting point of your browsing sessions. The plugin also may interfere with the search results, or fill the Web clients with tons of untrustworthy pop-ups and banners. Some of them may advertise Potentially Unwanted Programs (PUPs). Others may try to mislead you that you are already infected to make you dial bogus technical support agents. Inetoboz.com contains various articles about economics, health, sports, technology, movies, games, etc. Although some of them may be educational and interesting, you should beware. At the bottom of some articles, you may notice links to third-party sites. Nothing can confirm that these pages are clean, so it is advisable not to follow the links. To stop the unrequested redirections to Inetoboz.com, you should use dedicated security software to delete the corresponding suspicious extension.
