Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

SecuriDex is a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUPthat may mislead people and convince them that SecuriDex is a reliable media player. You may notice many good features on the official page of this suspicious application. The developers claim that SecuriDex can offer a unique media streaming experience. The application is also expected to update itself automatically without bothering you with confirmation messages. The company behind SecuriDex also states that it is very lightweight, and will not affect the performance of your PC negatively. SecuriDex cannot achieve a significant part of the promised features. However, their mention may be enough to convince the user that SecuriDex is a leading media player. If you make the mistake to authorize its installation, you may notice unexpected changes in the Web clients soon enough. SecuriDex may create an extension in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. SecuriDex has adware capabilities. SecuriDex may interfere with your searching experience to make you visit sponsored sites. SecuriDex may even change your default search provider and homepage. SecuriDex may replace page-based ads with its own commercial materials. SecuriDex also may include some additional pop-ups and banners, which may seize a large part of your screen. The extension that this questionable media player may create may have access to various details regarding your surfing sessions. For example, it may record your searches and browsing history. This data may make the ads user-relevant, but you should beware as some of them may lead to potentially unsafe pages. It shouldn't be a surprise to you if the browsers start functioning in a sluggish way. Such issue may occur due to the large quantities of marketing elements, some of which may be embedded multimedia files. You should consider deleting SecuriDex with advanced security software to fix your Internet clients.
