Hi, this vista program has totaly talen over my laptop computer, it won't let me do anything. I got my old desktop running and was wondering how to get the laptop not only to connect to internet but also to download your removal software fix to get rid of it. Sure coud use your help. I tried to go the add hardware way and it blocked me there too.
