ErrorWiz

Posted: June 4, 2010

ErrorWiz (or Error Wiz) is a rogue antispyware application designed to steal money from hapless computer users. ErrorWiz uses intentional false positives to convince users that their systems have been infected with malware. The cybercriminals behind this scam will try to sell you their software, claiming it will remove the so-called threats. The false threats are actually the very Trojans that advertise or even directly install the rogue. Do not fall for this trickery and have Error Wiz remved as soon as it has been detected.
