Hmtoolbar is an Internet Explorer toolbar designed to serve undesirable commercial advertisements. It also downloads from the Internet and runs unsolicited third-party software without user knowledge and permission. Hmtoolbar must be manually installed. It runs every time the user launches Internet Explorer.
