Win32/Olmarik
The main function of Win32/Olmarik is to install malware on an infected PC. The Olmarik trojan may secretly download and run the infections, however, it typically tricks you into downloading the malware voluntarily. Win32/Olmarik displays fraudulent security alerts, and if clicked upon, these alerts demand that you download and install anti-spyware or anti-virus tools, which are, of course, fake. Win32/Olmarik may also collect data and send it to an outside party.
