WinBudget is an adware Browser Helper Object. WinBudget installs itself within Internet Explorer and is launched every time you open your Internet browser. WinBudget keeps a track what searches you enter into major search engines and displays contextual popup and pop-under adverts as you browse the web. Adware.WinBudget may be propagated through Trojans and browser security holes.
