ScreenshotWinPC Antivirus is yet another in the long line of money-stealing rogue anti-spyware application schemes. Through the use of dangerous and malicious software, bogus security alerts and pop-ups bombard your system in order to scare you into buying and installing WinPC Antivirus in order to clean and protect your PC.

However, once you have downloaded and installed WinPC Antivirus, this tricky rogue anti-spyware will be configured to automatically begin scanning your computer and displaying dozens of fake infections on your system, in order to panic you enough so that you will eventually buy the "full version" of WinPC Antivirus, which does absolutely nothing for your computer, except perhaps slowing it down and causing computer crashes. Problems you ended up paying good money for.
So whatever you do, do NOT fall for this scare tactics and aggressive advertising methods. Remove WinPC Antivirus as soon as possible.

Thanks so much for the valuable information. Just finished cleaning up a friends computer that had this WinPC Antivirus on it. It was freezing up and going nuts!
    Thanks again.
