Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.

I was tricked into buying XP Antispyware and gave them my credit card information and paid $49. I will be removing the antispyware, however should I be concerned about canceling my credit card? Is there anyone to contact to get my money back? Thanks
This so called software installed itself thru "Windows Update" which is a surprise to me. I have the computer do regular checks for windows updates etc, and on the most recent update today, it was in there. Still trying to get last remnants of "winantivirus pro 2007" off the computer and now got this to deal with as well!
so is this where microsoft is trying to get their money to afford to fix windows vista?
@Gretta
You need to contact the company, although it may be fruitless, first to try and get a refund. If they won't work with you call your credit card company to dispute it.
Trend Micro PC- Cillin doesn't pick up on this. It downloaded itself while retrieveing information from a reputable website. Noticed it was taking forever to load and saw the files changing at the bottom of the screen. I quickly ended the task, but it was too late. Now I can't seem to get AntispywareXP2009 off of my damned laptop. If I EVER find out who is behind this, they are going to get a kick in the teeth from me!!!
DONT FEEL BAD GRETA I TOO WAS RIPPED OFF!!!! I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THEY GAVE ME A NAME OF A COMPANY THAT TOOK MY MONEY. CAN\'T FIND A WEBSITE FOR THEM THOUGH. I THINK THEY\'RE FROM A EUROPEAN COUNTRY. I WILL BE CONTACTING MY LOCAL ATTORNEY GENERAL TO SEE IF HE CAN RESEARCH THIS MATTER. IN THE MEANTIME I NEED TO FIND OUT AS MUCH AS I CAN H E L P!!!
THIS ANITSPYWARE IS STUPID DO SOMETHING WITH IT
I also was infested by this malware. If you paid them, you should dispute the charge with your credit card company right away.
I installed the so called free version of this software and it stuck to my pc causing all kinds of pop-ups and bugs in my pc. BEWARE!!!
I PAID $79.95 FOR ONE YEAR AND PROCESSING FEE. I GAVE MY CARD NUMBER TO THIS COMPANY. CAN I STILL RECOVER MY MONEY? THEY TRICKED ME INTO THIS.
i was thicked into buying xp antispyware what should i do about it
I simply needed to chime in and let folks learn that Best Buy is the worst with regard to getting your pc repaired. In case you have a computer virus essentially the most they will do is install the exact same program you can install yourself and run it, but they'll charge you $100. And these people don't comprehend what they're doing.
