Eclipse
Eclipse provides an unauthorized user with full control over your computer files, making it possible to capture your personal information. Through an File Transfer Protocol (FTP) server, Eclipse may upload, download, and delete any file on your computer.
Note that Eclipse is also the name of a popular Java IDE, which is not spyware.
This page states that Eclipse is a remote admin tool - Eclipse2000.exe might well be, but "Eclipse" itself is not.
